Who you're hiring
Me. I run the machines, give the estimate, and answer the phone. There's no crew to schedule around and no salesman between you and the person doing the work.
Equipment is a Cat 304 excavator and a Cat 255 compact track loader — sized for residential and small commercial work on Hill Country ground, and small enough to get onto a finished lot without tearing it up.
